It wouldn’t surprise me if LVH was the new name for Las Vegas Hilton after it loses the Hilton name. This is so similarly lame to the Atlantic City Hilton (now ACH) that it almost makes too much sense.
There are no buyers for this property and I’ve been told that there are none in sight. I’ve also been told that the Station name will not be used by Colony Capital as I theorized earlier this year (Boo!).
ACH seems to be next on the Atlantic City chopping block. With Sands Expo Center taking business from the Las Vegas Convention Center, it’s not very hard to imagine that Las Vegas Hilton could be the next casino to close it’s doors in Las Vegas.
