On the heels of the news that Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs will be the first casino in Pennsylvania with table games I see that Sands Bethlehem is shooting to have table games on July 1.

Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem plans to add table games to its casino in Bethlehem, Pa., by July 1. Northampton Community College will begin training 400 dealers next week in the art of craps, roulette, poker and other table games. Sands plans to add 89 table games, including 41 blackjack tables and 12 poker tables.

89 tables should be plenty for all to enjoy and provide a nice variety.  I looks as if the Pennsylvania casinos are getting their tables squared away.  Next up, build some hotels to go with the casinos.

Adelson swore that they’d begin some sort of phase regarding the hotel at Bethelsands, so maybe, just maybe, it’s coming.

if he doesn’t sell the property first.
